Welcome to the Larnaka Tennis Club. This guide explains the rules and procedures aimed at ensuring an enjoyable experience and fair usage for all members.

We offer a range of facilities: six (6) clay tennis courts and one (1) padel court.
To make a booking, you must visit the online booking system. Select the sport, date and time. You can also specify additional players or guests.
Rule: Each member can have one active booking per sport at the same time. This means you can have one booking for tennis and one for padel.
Clarification: A booking stays active until its start time. Once your booked time begins, you can make another booking. You can cancel a booking up to 3 hours before the scheduled time through the online system.
Rule: Each booking is valid for a duration of 90 minutes.
Rule 1: Each member is entitled to one free guest booking per month on weekends.
Rule 2: Guest bookings are allowed at any time.
Rule 3: Additional guest bookings will be charged €10.00 per guest on both the padel and tennis courts. This fee is charged to the member making the booking.
Rule 4: Guests must be named in the booking. All court usage involving guests must go through the official booking system.
Rule: Members have the right to use the courts when they are available in the booking system. However, if a court is reserved through the booking system, that reservation takes priority.
Explanation: This ensures the efficient use of all available courts.
Cancellations must be made at least one hour before the reserved time.
Any bookings made with players who are not available to play at the reserved time are strictly prohibited.
Rule 1: Court Brushing. Players are responsible for brushing the court in a circular, recycling pattern after the match. This helps keep the courts in optimal condition for everyone’s enjoyment.
Rule 2: Court Watering. If the clay court appears dry, it is the players’ responsibility to water it before the match starts. Watering is essential to maintain the clay surface for optimal play.
Rule 3: Players must stop playing five (5) minutes before the end of their booking to brush the court as described in Rule 1.
Rule: Players must wear appropriate clothing and footwear while using the courts. Failure to comply may result in a ban from using the courts.
