Explanation: This standard duration ensures that everyone has a fair opportunity to play.
Example: If you book a court for 2:00 PM, your reservation will end at 3:30 PM.
Rule: On Wednesdays and public holidays, bookings for doubles matches are given priority over singles. Single bookings are allowed only after 11:00 AM on the same day if doubles slots remain unbooked.

Explanation: These rules are in place to ensure that guests do not excessively occupy court time and to maintain availability for members.
Rule: Members are allowed to use unbooked courts freely. However, if a subsequent booking is made, the booking takes priority.
Explanation: This allows for efficient use of all available courts.
Rule: Cancellations must be made at least one hour before the booked time.
Explanation: This policy helps maximize court usage by preventing no-shows.
Example: If you cannot make a 5:00 PM booking, make sure to cancel by 3:59 PM at the latest.
Rule: Creating bookings with tennis players who cannot play is prohibited.
Explanation: This rule is in place to maintain fairness and integrity in the booking system.
